disclosure, and protection of your information when you use our website located at galligooo.in,
or the GalliGooo Customer, Vendor, or Rider mobile applications (collectively, "GalliGooo
Platform") made available by [GALLIGOOO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED] ("GalliGooo",
"Company", "we", "us", and "our"), a company established under the laws of India having its
registered office at [NO 17, 2ND FLOOR, 7TH MAIN ROAD, II STAGE, Indiranagar
(Bangalore), Bangalore, Bangalore North, Karnataka, India, 560038].
The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user of the GalliGooo Platform. The term "Services"
refers to any services offered by GalliGooo, whether on the Platform or otherwise.
Please read this Policy before using the GalliGooo Platform or submitting any personal
information to GalliGooo. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along
with, the Terms and Conditions.
1. YOUR CONSENT
By using the GalliGooo Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection,
transfer, use, storage, disclosure, and sharing of your information as described and collected by
us in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or
access the GalliGooo Platform.
2. POLICY CHANGES
We may occasionally update this Policy, and the updated Policy will be posted on this page. If
we make any significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you, such as via a prominent
notice on the Platform or to your email address, and where required by law, we will obtain your
consent. Your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your consent to
those changes.
3. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The GalliGooo Platform may contain links to other websites. Any personal information collected
whilst visiting such websites is not governed by this Policy. GalliGooo shall not be responsible
for the privacy practices or content of any website accessed using links from the GalliGooo
Platform.
4. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We will collect and process the following information about you:
● Information you provide to us:
○ Account Information: Your full name, email address, mobile phone number,
password, and address. For Vendors, this also includes your restaurant/stall name.

○ Vendor-Specific Information: To onboard as a Vendor, we collect your Aadhar/PAN
card, a valid FSSAI certificate, a photo of you with your stall, your precise shop
location pin, and your bank account/UPI ID for payouts.
○ Delivery Partner (Rider) Information: To onboard as a Rider, we collect your name,
phone number, a photograph, PAN card, Aadhar/Voter ID, driving license, vehicle
details, bank details, and your real-time location while you are logged into the Rider
app.
○ Preferences: Your preferences and settings, such as time zone and language.
○ Your Content: Information you provide, including your ratings, reviews of Vendors,
food ordering details and history, and items added to your cart.
○ Communications: Communications between you and Vendors, you and Riders, or
you and our support team, including participation in surveys, polls, or promotions.
○ Transactional Information: We collect information to process your orders, including
your phone number, address, and billing information, which is stored in a tokenised
manner.
● Information we collect automatically:
○ Usage Information: We track details of your use of our Services, including traffic data,
search terms you've looked up, and features you've used.
○ Device Information: We may collect information about your device, such as IP
address, operating system, device identifiers, and mobile network information.
○ Location Information: When you use the Customer or Rider app, we collect real-time
information about your device's location, as permitted by you, to facilitate order
delivery.
5. COOKIES
The GalliGooo Platform and third parties with whom we partner may use cookies, pixel tags,
web beacons, and similar technologies to collect and store information with respect to your use
of the Services. Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. We use them for
purposes such as:
● Authenticating users;
● Remembering user preferences and settings;
● Delivering and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
● Analysing site traffic and trends.
You can modify your cookie settings in your browser's settings.
6. USES OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
● To provide, personalise, maintain, and improve our Services.
● To administer and enhance the security of our Platform, including for troubleshooting, data
analysis, and research.
● To provide you with information about services we consider similar to those you are already
using or that may interest you.

● To understand our users, improve our content, and personalise content to your interests.
● To process your transactions and complete your orders.
● To facilitate "Multi-Cart" orders, including sharing order details with multiple, separate
Vendors and a single Delivery Partner.
● To manage our Hybrid Commission Model, including processing subscription payments
from Vendors and applying the correct commission rate.
● To track the progress of delivery (for Vendors and Riders) or the status of an order (for
Customers).
● To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into
between you and us, including for billing and collection.
● To comply with our legal obligations.
7. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your information with the following parties:
● With Service Providers: We may share your information with our vendors, consultants,
marketing partners, and other service providers, such as payment processing companies
(e.g., Razorpay).
● With Vendors: When you place an order, your information (such as your name, order
details, and delivery address) is provided to the Vendor(s) you have ordered from to
facilitate order processing.
● With Delivery Partners (Riders): We share your name, delivery address, and phone
number with the assigned Rider so they can complete the delivery.
● With Other Users (Customers): If you are a Delivery Partner, we will share your name,
phone number, vehicle details, and real-time location with the Customer to track their order.
● For Legal Reasons: We may share this information with governmental agencies when
obligated by law, to respond to court orders, or to detect and prevent fraud, abuse of
Services, or other illegal acts.
● With Advertisers: We may work with third parties to serve advertisements on the Platform
and on third-party websites.
● With Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose if we notify you and
you consent to the sharing.
8. DATA SECURITY PRECAUTIONS
We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to secure the information we
collect 40 . We use vault and tokenisation services from third-party service providers for sensitive
personal information 41 . Our payment gateway partners are compliant with the Payment Card
Industry standard (PCI compliant).
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Please be aware that the
transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
9. OPT-OUT
When you sign up, you are opting in to receive emails from GalliGooo. You can follow the

"unsubscribe" instructions in commercial email messages. If you wish to withdraw your consent
for the use of your personal information, please write to us at support@galligooo.in. We may
not be able to offer you any or all Services upon such withdrawal.

11. DATA STORAGE
Please note that the GalliGooo Platform may store your data with a cloud platform provider
(e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), which may store this data on
servers located inside or outside of India. These providers have their own security measures in
place to protect your information.
